Not sure who the old lady with the blonde hair today 12/4 that seems the be the manager but shouldn’t be working here. Pulled me out stating that I needed to make an appt to convert singles to 100’s and made me feel bad bc they had 1 teller. Also then when he counts the singles she embarrassed me again bc I undercounted. Been a Bank of America customer for many years but this might be the first time I’m thinking of changing banks
