  Experience base not in one time situation but previous bad experiences with Bank of America, please have more respect with your clients and consider your staff time it is not our time, what is the purpose of having a long line for small transactions, my time is definitely not more important than anybody else but you can see in other clients how overwhelming by looking their way expression, body language, etc they all are this is a bank not a waiting room lobby, honestly I can only say you are (in my personal experience) inviting me to leave and take my business somewhere else instead of come back.... Btw sadly I’m a customer/client but I was making a deposit for a company account , can’t use any other method
