      The resort is always fun! It was clean and the restaurants are good as well. The pool area is fantastic for kids. The employees are all helpful. Especially Matthew and elias were wonderful servers. Very attentive.

      Departed yesterday from Omni Rancho Las Palmas Room 1612. 4 night stay with my son while he played in a golf tournament. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Property is fairly run down but the real problem is nothing works and the service is awful. $380/night. Ice machine out for 4 days. Hair dryer and desk lamp not working in room. Long black hairs in shower upon check in. No maid service for 3 days and maid on duty seemed confused when I pointed that out. Asked front desk for pizza delivery recommendation and 2 employees at desk could not have been more disinterested. This hotel doesn’t appreciate your business or care about the quality of your experience. I’ll never stay here again.

      We have now traveled here twice for the kids (toddlers) and my son now 3 loves the pool. Our daughter 2 also loved the lazy river. The plashtopia experience is a great one for the kids. The food on the premises is also great. A little pricy but think about the convenience of not having to leave the hotel. Over all the food is delicious. There are other options right across the street and also thru out the town. Will plan to go back again some time in the future.
