      initially i went to cash a check i didn't have a bofa account than i spoke to silvia .she was delightful and asked me questions to get to know me and my financial circumstance. she was able to refer me to a financial advisor ,she helped me create a life plan as well open a checking account . i will definitely return to campbell and irvington see silvia . God Bless America and silvia .

      Worst service ever. There is only ever one bank teller available and they make you wait outside. Do not come to this Bank of America.

      I wasted gas, time and effort to inquire about cashing a check here, since no one is available to speak with over the phone. I was left to believe that they were going to cash me out when the teller asked me to endorse my check. Then they said that my I'd was expired. Don't let them tell you you need to endorse your check unless they can confirm with everyone in the building that they will in fact cash it. Later I found an independent place to cash the check but they needed to see me sign in front of them. Thanks Bof A
