      I was treated so wonderfully at this bank for several months when I went to cash checks All the employees were awesome I changed banks and moved my accounts there after being with another bank for 34 years.

      Tried to cash a check. Was told it wasn't released yet. Told me to call them and that she couldn't. It's your account holder. Why can't you call them? It seemed she didn't want to assist me.

      Branch does not always open at 9 am hours are unreliable. Second time I have shown up to the branch at 9:15 and doors locked and employees just getting here.
