      hold your money for 12 days because they are too lazy to verify funds and are rude when you question them...go elswhere!!

      Hello, it's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected. We use many factors to determine if a hold will be placed and for how long. We place a deposit hold while we are in the process of validating a deposited item and collecting the funds. We do not collect funds electronically from other banks as soon as you deposit the check. Time is needed to process the check and for the check to reach the paying bank, then for the funds to be collected.       Worst bank ever. Turns out only 1 person has a notary stamp in the entire Bank. Left after waiting for over an hour without the stamp. Unbelievable, will get all my accounts transfer.
