      New account holder here. I was stuck in line for about a half hour today. 15 people lined up behind me at one point, and ONE teller was all they had to process these customers. HORRIBLE staffing problems here. Can management not SEE that folks are waiting and waiting to get service???

      Holy cow. I’m not sure how Joshua is a manager here, him and Hugo are just terrible. No empathy shown for a customer who waited 30+ minutes.
