      The only good thing I can say about my experience here is that the security guard outside was nice. I recently changed my name and dedicated an afternoon to updating it at all my banks. This Bank of America was the only one that wouldn't let me do it on a walk-in. As soon as I walked in a lady told me I needed an appointment, or I could do it from the app. Then she went on in an unfriendly tone to add that everyone was busy and it was 20 minutes before closing. Gee sorry I didn't know "open until 4" actually means open until 3:40, and you won't help me do a simple task that only took the other three banks 10 minutes.

      Seems like every time i come there is some different issue. Im here now and computer is down...last time a staff member was sick and the teller line was out the door. Its been 15 minutes already and still waiting for a certified check. No line today, just waiting on computer system to reboot...
