      Horrible experience!! The employee there was Hispanic and said she was the only employee there now. She was not accepting anyone without appointments. We drove 8 mins to another branch so much better customer service.

      I went into this branch on a Saturday morning. There was a man at the desk filling out deposit ticket. I proceeded to the line to do my transaction. The employee man comes out and tell me to wait behind the man that is filling out paperwork. I jumped off line went to the ATM and completed my transaction. This man was still there filling out a deposit ticket when I had completed my transaction. Maybe I’m old school but if he wasn’t ready I should not have had to wait for him to fill out paperwork before being serviced. This location needs to work on their customer skills. I will not be back to this location again. I will travel 5 miles away before I visit tis branch again.
