  Fantastic service ! I called with a problem and got the recording so i didn't even leave a message. Sara called me back just from my caller ID. That is above and beyond service. And she was able to answer my question and take care of my problem right there. Thanks B of A !

  Barely any real service available anymore, very slow, and they don't tend to answer their phone.

  Walked in BofA 10mn before close and Sarah was very flexible to help me with a wire, including involving her manager etc., and she kept helping me way past closing time without a hint of impatience.
