  In person banking experience getting so bad as so long wait time. Sometimes it’s 30 minutes wait in line. I hope they keep open more branches on Saturday and increase staff.

  When bankers and tellers have all been replaced by automation they will have no one to blame but themselves. What value is there in using humans who will not use basic reasoning to do their job? What value is a manager who simply states "we cannot accept copies" yet does not take a moment to grasp the simple idea of a Court Certified Original copy as a legal document, and makes no effort to grow their knowledge base? Haven't we grown tired of managers afraid of making a mistake, afraid of being wrong, afraid of demonstrating they do not know everything -- afraid of helping others at the risk of losing some face? Other institutions in this process have worked with me, but B of A seems to train bankers to say 'no' first and to work at a surface level of understanding basic ideas, preferring anything that takes a little thought to be taken up the ladder. <edit> While I appreciate the response, I use neither Twitter or Facebook. I do however live in an area with a large presence of B of A offices and have both friends and family affiliated with the bank, none are in branches or I wouldn't be here. I had a friend escalate it internally and was responded to very quickly, but then how many visitors to a B of A branch know to get beyond the branch much less know people whose titles go beyond Branch Manager? At least your response warrants the editing of some harsh language and the addition of a star.
