      As I write this I am currently standing in line, been here 20 mins, its Tuesday and they only have 1 available teller. There are 6 employees in here. 1:58pm Tuesday, December 22nd 2021. There is also a line forming behind me and there was only 2 people 8nfront of me when I got here.

      Please be careful..... I stopped by this branch to make a withdrawal and deposit two Checks. When I checked online I notice that the withdrawal had posted but the deposits had not. I tried calling the bank various times but no answers. I spent hours with on the phone with the Bank of America Claims department and still haven't resolved my issue. I made a mistake of not verifying the receipt that the teller gave me. So Please be Careful. (Just found out that the checks were cashed.). It took a little over a month but Bank of America resolved the issue.
