      I understand there are staffing shortages, but when you are the third person in line and only want a cashier's check, why does it take 30 minutes?!? The branch manager obviously doesn't care either, because when my father VERY NICELY mentioned to him that it was the worst banking experience he's ever had, the manager didn't even respond. I guess we'll be switching to Wells Fargo....
