      Absolutely terrible business banking experience. Kuwanna, the general manager is about as bright as a bag of rocks, and will attempt to raise issues/challenges where none are present. She wouldn't create an account because the signatory for the articles of incorporation wasnt the company itself. In what world will a company be signing for its own incorporation?! Putting this lack of common sense to the side, her customer service skills are severely lacking. If you need a branch to help with your business banking needs, run away from this location fast. I feel for her team.

      This is the worst customer service I have ever received at Bank of America after being a preferred customer for 28 years. You should always treat people like you would like to be treated. How can the staff be held to a standard when the assist manger doesn’t know how to provide the proper customer service…not good at all!
