      This location has to be one of the worst in Texas. No drive thru service,you may have two tellers at the counter on a good day. A greeter who sits by the door for deposit only. There is no urgency to help the customer to get in and out of the bank. Sad, just sad.

      Terribly slow, I don’t understand how you’re one of the nations largest banks and you only have one person working in the lobby, and no drive thru. It’s ok I definitely plan on closing my accounts immediately!!
