  The truth is that I was looking for a banking institution that would offer me the service that I required, that would not consider me just another number for its client portfolio, precisely in this branch they provided me with an excellent service. The services and information provided by Mr. Luis Hernandez were impeccable, I have never seen a person so dedicated to his job with precise and completely clear information. For me, in my entire financial life, it is the best experience I have had, they gave me a WOW! with impeccable service and attention. Thank you BANK of America 190 Motor Pkwy STE 100, Hauppauge, NY

  Worst Bank of America branch. I went there to with draw cash that is more than $2000 and there are no tellers. Yesenia Mahano representative casually asked if I needed help and she stated that both tellers were away and one was at lunch and the other occupied with something in the back. She said it so casual like its fine for a bank to have no tellers available. Is it normal for a Bank of America branch to operate with out any tellers to serve the customer? I was told to wait 20-30 minutes to withdraw my cash amount. There was no care no concern from Yesenia. Someone needs to step in and rectify how this branch is operating as per the other negative reviews below. What a shame of a branch for Bank of America. Will definitely have to move my money else where to be treated as a valued customer and hope some one reads these reviews and takes serious action.

  Poor service and always big queues will be formed for money withdrawal which will be operating with one person all the time. Better to come up with more options. I would rather give 0 if there is option
