  Danny helped my boyfriend and I throughout every avenue of our co-op loan. Danny was patient and quick to answer and advocate for us during this exciting but stressful time. I am a novice at mortgage loans and he explained all of the details of our loan and all things real estate lingo. Its without a doubt that in our future of real estate purchases we will definitely continue to reach out to Danny and Evolution Mortgage for great rates and support.

  We cannot say enough good things about Danny and his team. From the very first phone call with Danny, we felt at ease and knew we were in good hands, which meant everything through such a stressful process and as first time home buyers. Danny was always available, whatever time of day when we contacted him. He was always eager to help us with whatever we needed, and often times was there just to keep us calm and be a voice of comfort for us. We can't thank Danny enough - we truly feel very lucky to have worked with such an amazing person like him!

  If you ever need financing for your house or a rental, Kevin from Evolution Mortgage is the absolute best broker you can find. I'm speaking from experience. We had an urgent situation where we had to close on new construction home in under 3 weeks. Kevin promised he can get it done in 2 weeks. Well, it took 8 days from the time we submitted our application to the time we got "clear to close" email. Kevin coordinated and managed all the parties involved (RE agents, builder, construction manager, lender, appraiser, title company, attorney and us). He stayed on top of everything and made sure no time was wasted and nobody held up the process. We wouldn't even finish reading an email as Kevin was already calling us to get us up to speed and onto the next step. The professionalism, communication skills and work ethic this guy has are incredible. With pressure of rising rates and timing constraints it took a "village" to make the closing happen in record time and Kevin was the leader and the driving force. Time is money, literally. You can lock the best rate, but if the mortgage process takes longer and the rates are rising, as they currently do, you can end up paying a lot more if the lock expires before you are able to close. If you value your time, don't bother looking around! Even if you can find the same rates elsewhere, you won't find the VIP service that Kevin provides.
