I had a specific technical problem with my checking account. I walk in to this Branch location and sat down with the Assistant Manager Jarrod. He has exceptional customer service skills. He went to great lengths to help solve my problem and what I believe to be above and beyond to solve my issue. He listened and understood what I was saying. I would recommend anyone to speak with him regarding any matters.

Worst service ,every month new employee ,no business line ,too much monthly charges except couple of employee otherwise not worth it one star either Batter bank RI i pay $9 for monthly fee if you have everyday balance 5000 everyday $.00 charge save $300 every month now Business guys try bank RI
