  The above review was for the teller I dealt with last week. The teller Jarrod that I interacted with today was the utmost professional & courteous. The other employees should take lessons from Jarrod on how to interact with customers. I’ve changed my review to reflect my great experience this afternoon. He delivered 5 star service!

  So I looked up their rating... It says two... I can see why! Every time I come by to do business no one ever acknowledge you and you sit in a chair and wait... Supposed to be a premier customer... A funeral home doesn't really need to push for excellence in customer service... Neither does Bank of America... Something we have to use

  Worst customer service anywhere. Oh they greet you like your valued. That's fine. Once you get in line,pack a lunch. Almost 15min to cash a lowly $30.00 m.o They stopped to finish their work. I worked customer service for many yrs. Customer Fitst
