  This branch has made tremendous strides in client services, I was helped by Danielle with linking my accounts. It took a phone call and about 5 minutes to get done. As I sat there and answered work emails on my phone I could tell she was multitasking too, she was typing away swiftly while talking on the phone. I started to wonder how many words per minute she could hit. Bank of America all around has been a great bank. The manager and rest of the employees do a great job as well, thank you for the help over the years, hopefully many many more great years of a banking relationship!

  Stopped in after years of avoiding dealing with the company to try and cash some matured Bonds, ones that the Treasury site itself says can be cashed at any financial institution, but was told that non-members can't cash them. That, right there, is the reason I stopped dealing with Bank Of America: They don't care about anyone other than business accounts. Note that, if you do have bonds to cash, the Webster Bank over on Division St in Ansonia had no problem cashing those same bonds BoA wouldn't touch. Feel free to go there instead.
