      My husband and I went in for a joint bank account change, but due to us being foreigners on visas, there were a lot of problems to process in the system. But the manager, two bankers (Jason and Brenda) made their best efforts to help us out, and were so polite, considerate and patient throughout the entire process. Not only were they trying to fix the problem in the computers, they also kept explaining and reassuring us along the way while they were doing the changes in the super complicated system. We felt such warmth and kindness from them, and wanna thank them for going out of their ways to help us and treat us so nicely. It was a Saturday late morning, when they could have gone off work at 12pm but they stayed and helped us. We were so so grateful and went home with our bank account fixed as joint. Thank you so much!

      Towed a car they had no business towing, was waiting on insurance to pick it up. Real nice. That's just another bill that needs to be paid on top of all 4 tires slashed. New haven is garbage and so is this bofa.

      Instructions are not clear for required documents. I came first time and inquire then come back to submit and hearing different stories. I wasted my time twice in a day during my off. Never in my life encounter a bank that is not accommodating. Don't even deserve 1star. I should have checked the reviews prior going to this location
