      I would give -1 star if possible! Each time I went in , they let you sit and wait for 20-25 min and only after saying you need an appointment (open bank account , change of address ) and they send you to the bank next to the woodfield mall Also said you can’t change address unless you lived there at least for 2 years !!! Unprofessional and giving false information!!!! Please quit your job and let other people do your work! Shame !!! Such a poor service at this branch BOA .
