I showed up here accidentally, not realizing I had scheduled an appointment at a different Bank of America. The lady who greeted was nice and very patient with me as I fumbled for my confirmation email. Even when I realized I had the wrong location, she set up a meeting right then and there for me with a financial advisor, a Mr. Brennan Gerhart. He helped answer all of my questions, and walked me the through the process of requesting a credit increase and what my options are for other kinds of financing. Very professional and informative, and an overall good experience

The worst B of A ever, very slow and not trained in customer service. Never a smooth transaction, or prompt service, I drive a town over to not deal with this bank. Get it together....
