      Horrible customer service. ATM not working yesterday (7/15/22); line of people waiting for assistance. Not enough tellers even when ATM is functional. On June 23, 2022, 1 employee was trying to divide her time and attention between (disgruntled) customers needing banking assistance and those needing access to safe deposit boxes. Severely understaffed. All this after having closed Westwood and Oradell branches. Some of those employees could be utilized in Hillsdale. Looking for a new bank.

      Unfortunately, it was a very useless bank. They have now changed their hours to 10 AM instead of 9Am, which is when everybody else works. Thanks for not being accommodating
