      Since then they have been a lot better. I changed the review to 5 stars. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. I have called many times and nobody responds. If you go there in person, somebody is always there though. Everybody is decent though. They wasted an hour and half of my time but did fix the issue later. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

      This is the WORST BANK IN THE WORLD AND I WOULD NEVER BAK HERE!! There is and has been fraud on my account! I call and call until I finally get through to Cynthia because you can't speak to someone unless you have an account! Ridiculous! The rep (Cynthia) said ahe took care of everything and then I received a card! WHATS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE! Then I receive a change of email address, REALLY! FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY!
