      Incompetency is rife - no wonder this place has terrible ratings. Walked in to do an important wire - no one bothered to help. Person had 15 minutes before last appointment and refused to help. Manager was out on extended lunch

      This bank is NEVER Open. I do not know why they just don't close this bank. No bank should ever be closed on a Saturday, even if it is limited hours. I have been a Bank of America customer for decades but have been seriously thinking about changing banks. The people at the Bank of Princeton are so nice. I need to go into the bank sometimes and the last few times I attempted to do that...I walked up to a locked door. Close this branch if you cannot service your customers.
