  DON'T TRUST THE BANKERS HERE. Their professionalism is absolutely the worst and they give you questionable if not outright wrong advice on their own products. I was recommended by them to apply for their auto loan, with them knowing I'm an international student. After my application was completed, I was informed that they actually don't give auto loans to people on F-1 visas, regardless of your credit score. The manager there did not inform me of that in advance (the rule is nowhere to be found on their website either). I was basically tricked into applying for a product that I'm not eligible for. Now I have to live with a hard pull on my credit history, which will drag down my credit score for 2 years. Just remember that they don't take responsibility for any advice they give you on banking. I personally will never bank with them ever again. Fooled me once...

  Poor customer service who can't listen to the question and responding accordingly. Put me on hold for a long time just to get rid of me because she can't answer my question or provide question that is not related to the question.
