      Went in to cash a 401k check that is through Bank of America and the man at the front did not want to help. I feel like it was indeed a race thing n this type of thing never has happened to me before.

      Was there yesterday, first and foremost they have NO DRIVE THRU SERVICES. Lobby was open for ATM use but no employees for any banking needs. As a business it is frustrating to play the every day juggle of whether or not you can find someone to help you at the bank
