      I have spent the last week trying to open a business banking account with this branch. I filled out the application online. They sent me an email the following day asking for articles of incorporation. I returned them within the hour. I waited over night and tried calling the bank numerous times (FYI they will never answer their phone). I emailed. 2 days went by, no response. I come into the the bank at 3:45 (I had to leave work early to come in). The teller tried to send me home because they were closing in 15 minutes. I informed him if I had to leave with no answers I would have to take my business elsewhere. The teller asked me to have a seat and wait for the business banker. The business banker looked up my application and verified the account had not been open. His response was it’s probably sitting in some general email. Great. My confidential information. Anyway, to add fuel to the fire he said he would be happy to open an account for me BUT he’s about to go home so I’ll have to come back another day. Well, Bank of America just lost my business.
