      If I could give this branch a zero, I would. Horrible experience with Abigail. After notarizing one document she told us we had to go somewhere else and pay to have our documents notarized. The branch was not busy and we had a half hour appointment. She gave us 10 minutes and she spent half that time asking for help from her supervisor because she had no idea how to notarize.

      I’m surprised at the low rating, because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always very friendly, & extremely helpful. They answer any questions I may have, & generally make the process as fast & hassle free as possible.
