      Worst bunch of people in customer service at that bank I went there this morning to get something notarized which is one of the free services if your customer they acted like they didn't care that the system was down they said they couldn't do it I spoke to the regular Bank of America 800 number line and they said they could have done it they should have done it these people at this Bank treat customers like garbage when I go in there which is very seldom they are very abusive and act like they don't care about you at all I give it zero Stars negative five

      In my opinion, this location is trying too hard to boost their "customer service" by placing one employee at the door to "help" you by escorting you to wherever you need to go. Sadly this is always a painfully annoying experience because it's very fake and abrasive and almost everyone knows exactly where they are supposed to go anyway.

      I think it's absolutely absurd they charge you an $8 fee to cash a check that's written from the bank it makes no sense why I have to get charged to cash a check that was written to me as payment why should I have to pay to cash my check at the bank where the check was written I think that is absolute rip-off and a scam I will never bank with Bank of America or deal with Bank of America again
