      Today I stopped into the Charles county Plaza Bank of America branch and had the BEST customer service I could imagine. The gentleman who greeted me at the door was polite and helpful, and Rita, who helped me with my transaction, was beyond patient and courteous, even though i made a mistake that took up a lot of her time. It’s nice to be treated courteously, and I feel compelled to make sure people know when good things happen.

      I will never bank with Bank Of America!!! I currently only have a online bank. They only allow 2500 deposit max except for payroll check. I got a check from someone who bought my truck for 8000. I tried to cash check & teller took no exaggeration 10 min then says he’s gatta talk to a supervisor. He comes back 5 min later saying account holders signature don’t match to have them write me another. So I did now when I tried with 2nd check they tell me since I’m not a account holder they can’t cash anything over 2500!!!
