      The worst Bank of America I’ve been to. ATM outside and inside never work. Also not enough staff. 1 teller dealing with 10 +customers

      Incredibly understaffed. During the work week it is reasonable to assume a rush around lunch hour, as the hours are so limited, yet there is only one financial advisor available during this window. The few (two) tellers that are physically here are slow and apathetic. Overall, extremely poor quality of service. Would recommend going to the other BoA in Holbrook which, at the very least, has a staff of more than 3 people at all times.

      I believe that the service here is sub par. I have my business accounts here and have nothing but issues every time I visit this branch. They are slow and understaffed.
