      We moved our business account to BOA and the Holbrook branch after disasterous experiences at two other big name banks. John the branch manager and Carolyn the Business Relations Manager are excellent to work with, listening to my requirements and concerns, articulating the available programs that would fit. Everything they said they would do...they did. Aside from great business programs that are more then competitive, these folks build trust and confidence right away. BOAs online tools are intuitive and offer plenty of cash management views and tools. I see this location gets bad reviews for thier teller lines. I'd give them a pass givin the labor shortages and people they have out from covid. Thank you BOA for a culture of service !

      one teller slow and chatty Spent my hour lunch on line I could not use ATM or mobile I needed 50 dollar bills and your ATM doesn't have 50's

      They close the bank thinking we only need the ATM and the online App can do everything we need to do. We go inside because we need to withdraw 2000 or 5000 cash. We have businesses to run. We can only get 700 max at the ATM. If our phones can give us that cash then yeah we dont need to go inside.

Additionally, clients may also adjust their daily cash withdrawal limits right from within Online or Mobile Banking, where the $1500.00 maximum permanent limit may be temporarily increased by an additional $1,000.00 for up to 14 calendar days at a time.
