      Line literally coiling around the lobby with one teller at the counter and some dink in a pink shirt just stood there acting like nobody in the building wanted to know why he's good enough to greet us, but not good enough to get behind the counter and start helping the lone teller. Eventually, a second teller showed up, but the dink in the pink still stood there doing quite literally *nothing*. Protip: waiting customers don't want to see employees standing around with their thumbs up their butts. If he's so useless that all he's good for is greetings, then maybe keep him out of the lobby at the very least.

      Went here to get a fix on the mobile rejected check. No one from this branch ever know how to handle or verify a valid PNC endorsement. First told me to bring the mail where the insurance check has been reviewed and accortep. Keep telling me it need a stamp wherein PNC never have bank stamp and not all bank has stamp. How did BOA train their stuffs with this misinformation?
