      I came in to request a cashier's check. The receptionist was very helpful throughout the process, and we were complete in just a few minutes. Lobby was clean, recommended CDC guidelines were being practiced, and the transaction was very secure.

      Do not come here this location is useless basically just an ATM neither machine works properly did not count my money right spent hours trying to get it fixed

      Staff act like they could care less. I usually can receive help on some level but this staff member seemed to only look for reasons to dismiss me. Horrible customer service. Where's the empathy? The bank as a whole will nickel and dime you every chance they get. You're better off keeping your money in a shoebox under your bed.
