      I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is the worst bank and worst branch in America. I've never been a real fan but this morning was the last straw. I went into the bank to have them address a situation that is ADMITTEDLY THEIR FAULT. Not only did the rep not solve the problem, she made it WORSE! Now, I'm scrambling and they can't do a thing about it. Do not do business with these incompetent people.
