I'm not sure why this location gets bad reviews. I do my banking here and have had at least 400+ transactions at a teller window and never had a single poor experience. I don't use the drive in, but I've noticed from the inside that if a teller is on break, one teller has to run from the counter to the drive in and that may delay service for a few minutes. That's it. But personally I've always had excellent service here and it's the branch I go to even though another one is closer to my house.

Horrible! Come at 10:30am Monday just 2 cashiers with a big lane … Very frustrated, go to Chase, best costumer service, there they really care about you and your money . Stay away from BofA 🚫🚫🚫

Just a complete disaster, this branch has absolutely no respect for there customers, the branch is always closed, no drive-through and they never have enough workers. Please if you don’t care just close the branch, don’t play with our time.
