  I've used bank of America for over 15 years now off and on. I have hated them and I have liked them. The final result of it all is that I still use them while following their terms. I'm a very poor single father and I called them and they sent me a card so my family could eat over the weekend within one day. My sons belly is full because of you bank of America and that brings me great thanks. This is not a cliche post this is from my heart y'all. It's not Bank of America's fault y'all can't see the light and things around you. Every problem you may have there's a solution. Your problems and selfish desires are not Bank of America's. Just because people tell you no or they don't do something the way you want does not make them a bad entity, now I'm definitely saying Bank of America is not a great entity but they are okay with me if they put their heart into me the way that they did and into my family. Thank you Bank of America I look forward to continuing my business with y'all.

  They receive one star only because you have to hit a star🙄 A Bank that does not have a drive-through!!! REALLY 😳 So I called and asked what was there reason for not having the drive-through open!! she said because of fraud really!!!! Seriously wow, Never heard such🙄 that’s why you have a license, or s picture ID to show who you are!!! Unbelievable no wonder One star out of five!!!!!! I Literally just opened this account two weeks ago ,,and guess what? it will be closed out Today,,,, taking my business some where else. When I opened this account,I two flags were through at me ,first flag is when they don’t give you a debit card the day you open your account,, you have to wait 10 days through the mail!!! the second one ,when they put a hold on my check for eight days,, 😳 such a joke sounds like a Lazy Bank to me!!!!!Lesson learned🤦🏻‍♀️
