      Since it is close to the company where I work, I go here at least once a month for personal access matters. Complete facilities, standardized service, positive and enthusiastic, with professional staff who can speak Chinese language, provide great convenience for Chinese users who do not understand English or who do not have a high level of English.

      Customer service wasn’t that great. Wasn’t surprised to see their low ratings. I get that working at a bank is tiring but customer service is part of the job and nobody is going to want to come back if employees have attitudes. I came in with my parents in order to help them translate considering how they’re not fluent in English. I never been to this bank before so I didn’t know how things worked. But the employees were rude some were even raising their voices just because my parents and I were a bit confused with what to do or where to go. I even saw that they also had nasty attitudes towards others customers
