      The stuff not willing to help ,disrespectful, on all questions they say no -we can’t do this. Asked to print out summery of the account, summery of the transactions with signature stamp on blank of Bank of America and notarize one page. No , no , no we can’t do that.

      Pandemic got this bank lazy as #$@! How you have 6 staff members on the clock to cash a check here and there. The bank stop walk in at 3:00 Stated by the Manager. Yes I am the type that don't want to make a appointment Iike to walk in and if I see Noone in the bank I can get it what I want done during free time. I understand the Pandemic and everything, but doesn't matter if I have covid or not. Making a appointment is not going to stop a customer from bring the virus to anyone anymore every mask mandate have been lifted. I'm trying g to bring money to the bank nomatter if it a extra 50cent in a bank account. I see if I was trying to make a personal account I'm talking a business account. I'm staying at banks that the workers want to work these old people lazy get some young full of life in this bank. 6 people at the cash check 👎
