      I came into the bank with over $10K cash and the teller told me that I had to count it myself and know the exact amount before I write it on the slip. Only then can I deposit it. Her suggestion was for me to count the stacks of cash right next to the counter, with no counting machine, where everyone was watching. I thought it was the teller’s JOB to count the money a person is depositing. Never have I went to a Bank of America that asked the client to count money themselves before depositing it, and the client had to verify the amount themselves beforehand.

      They need convenient hours for people who work during the day. Closing at 4 & 5pm is too early to close. They also need more atm's.
