      I want to take a moment to appreciate all hard work of employees at this branch. Special huge thanks to a manager and a relationship banker Elizabeth Anda. Guys, you really make a difference!! So warm, friendly and helpful. You both were super caring and nice. My favorite Bank of America branch so far. There is a shortage of employees everywhere for the past year, nevertheless, I'm glad that this branch have a great employees.

      The phone system did not allow a message if someone did not answer. I needed to keep cycling the phone system for 17 mins before a rep answered the call.
