      I don’t know where these people got their reviews but I must say that I met ones of the nicest people. I went there for one help and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are really helpful. Thank you Patrick Pittman and David You guys are the best

      Worst experience ever. Tellers are rude. Teller explained to customer before me how to unblock credit card to use overseas. He would NOT tell me. He simply pointed to a customer service number card. I wonder: was the other customer more wealthy or the teller was just a rude lazy dude? Very poor customer service. Time to move on…. And overall: CLOSE THIS BRANCH. Underworking and unfriendly.

      Understaffed. Had to move my accounts as I thought I would lose my mind every time I had to do something at this branch. If you are not going to staff it, close it. (This problem existed pre-COVID.)
