      I’m collecting coins in my spare times . Everytimes I stopped by to by coins from this bank I got a great , professional service. All the tellers here are very nice and friendly.....and the two security guards are also very friendly and helpful... I would recomment this bank to everyone about this wonderful bank !

      Horrible bofa location! I've been calling this branch for 2 days with each call lasting over 15 min., going through all the correct prompts and finally... Someone answered! ***Read reviews first prior to doing business with bofa*** When depositing a large check with a 8 digits always ask questions regarding availability. Lack of customer service and knowledge. Perhaps they need a new banking manager! Asking me to come into the branch when I just mentioned I no longer live in the state of CA! Pfftt... I've only banked with bofa for this long because they were the official bank for the SF Giants, still a fan of the SF Giants just not bofa. I don't think Dodger fans realize who they're banking with lol No need to reply

      Lady was rude, and didn't help at all. I own a business and just needed a check cashed from one of my customers and she couldn't even accomplish a simple task like that. Not my fault you had to settle for a horrible job cause you have no other skills, shouldn't take your anger or whatever is bothering you out on customers. Will never be going back to this location.
