      This bank is located in the heart of VISALIA on very busy street. Everytimes i go there i should expecting a long line wich is ok to me because i was expected it and arranged my time …. This bank always has more windows open more than any other BOA everytimes i went there to buy coins for my collecting hobby!!! All tellers are working very hard, fast and helpful. To me personally, i was so happy and very gradefull with the one of the Female teller name AGUEDA . i was lucky enough to had serviced by her a number of times! She always smiling, has a very professional service, also she would go around to ask the other tellers to get coins for me wich is not usually at a place busy like this !? Thank you to AGUEDA and i would recomment this bank to everyone!

      15 people in line. 2 tellers. Sarcastic bank manager. Multiple people at desks with no guests need to get behind the teller area and assist people. Ridiculous. Been here 11 minutes and 1 person has been helped. Thank God I bank with Wells Fargo. Only here because of my short term disability claim. Ugh

      Absolutely incompetent branch. Being a "preferred rewards member" doesn't mean ANYTHING. After one of the employees made an error of cashing checks (after a 2 hr wait and explanation to tell them that this IS a feature offered by BoFA), they took out $1700 from my account WITHOUT letting me know. 2 months later, I am waiting for the checks and still out the money. Do NOT recommend banking w them and I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame, such a large corporation, you'd think your money and loyalty is taken care of.
