  Sonya was very kind and helpful and gave wonderful customer service. Leslie, the branch manager, was also very friendly and welcoming. I live closer to another branch, but I will visit this Augusta St. branch anytime I need help with my accounts in the future.

  Set up a new account and went to pay off my credit card. Even though the app showed my new account and I have screen shots showing it was coming out of the new account. They charged my old account twice and my new account once. They refuse to pay the overdraft fees.

  Although this location is often busy, the staff is always friendly and never appear to be overwhelmed! The staff is very professional and attends to customers as if they are family! I love this branch!!
