      This is an older branch, but the people that work there are courteous, friendly and very capable. And they have a drive thru teller!

      It's July 2022. Google listing says this branch is open until 4P today (Wednesday). Signs on the door say otherwise: "THIS BRANCH HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY CLOSED SINCE OCTOBER 26TH". Time to update you listing BofA!!!

      If you have an option, don’t do business at this bank. You will leave frustrated. Be prepared to have no customer service whatsoever. I made the time to go in there on two occasions and both times a left within two minutes. Branch manager couldn’t be less helpful. Won’t work with you. In my case I have a sister who is ambulatory. Manager wants me to bring her in, , No other options. Told me to go to a lawyer and get a power of attorney. All I needed was ReplacementATM card to be sent to her our/her address.(old one expired)has to be done In person. Second occasion was just to ask for a form. Nope. Call customer service. Can’t get that form for you here. Branch manager greets you like a friend. Meanwhile is anything but.
