      My husband went to this Bank of America to withdraw 5,000 dollars out of his account. He was racially profiled and was asked for two different ID’s because they said his signature was different. They called his job without his permission to be more specific Charine Sherry which is a relationship banker conducted the call. Also Asita Ray which is the manager agreed to calling his job to verify his identity. He was so upset that he wanted to withdraw all his money out to go to another bank and they said they could only give him a check because they didn’t have that much money in the bank. This was a terrible experience racism come in different shapes and forms. They could politely profiled let this review be a perfect example. I personally would never enter this bank again.

      Go to bank of America drive through, has sign it says window closed come inside. Try to go inside, Bank is closed 35 minutes before scheduled closing which is posted Replying to the nonsense response from the bank on 08/28/21 to my original post: JUST CHANGE THE SIGNS!!! HOW LAZY CAN YOU BE NOT TO DO IT????!
