      You have me wait over 90 minutes to do a transfer? I’m trying to purchase a home and I’m quite sick of you guys. Fortunately I have options and going to a local credit union. Goodbye 22 years of loyalty

      This is absolutely the worst bank in Charlotte! Tellers are incompetent abd rude. I drive past it 10 additional minutes to get better service!
